This ultra-fine olive variety is on the Southern Peloponnese Kalamata, Messinia region Sternas, grown and harvested from November to December carefully by hand.

Our olives are processed according to ancient traditional recipe. The fantastic aroma is achieved by soaking in extra virgin olive oil first cold extraction Sterna 1821.

We use no additives, dyes or preservatives.

After enjoying our olives, you can continue to use the oil!
