Our olive oil is extracted directly from fresh olive, variety koroneiki from the producing region Sternas Messinian exclusively with mechanical methods. They give the full flavor of our oil and excellent taste. The acid content of 0.25%, as compared to other oils unequaled low.

It is great for cooking, marinating, serving of salads and of course also for frying because it can be heated over 210 degrees.
